What is Fight 4 Youth about?

Fight 4 Youth is an inclusive, multicultural youth centre based in Currumbin, created to give young people a safe place to belong, grow, and thrive. Established in 2015, F4Y has supported children and young people of all abilities through therapeutic, activity-based programs that combine mentoring, life-skills, boxing, sport, music, art, dance, leadership, and community connection.

Our work focuses on building confidence, resilience, emotional wellbeing, respectful relationships, and practical skills, while creating positive pathways that help prevent crime, anti-social behaviour, domestic violence, and long-term disengagement. At the heart of Fight 4 Youth is a commitment to helping young people feel seen, valued, supported, and empowered to shape a stronger future.

Fight 4 Youth is located at 12/44a Currumbin Creek Rd, Currumbin, end of the driveway beside Fuel Bakehouse.

Leisa J Logan

Leisa founded Fight 4 Youth in 2015 after years of working with children and young people in schools, youth detention, the Brisbane City Watchhouse, and adult prisons. Seeing the progression that can happen when young people miss out on the right support early inspired her to create a place where they could find belonging, positive role models, practical life-skills, and support. Since then, Leisa has developed a range of programs through Fight 4 Youth that help build confidence, resilience, wellbeing, and positive futures for young people. Her work draws on her experience as a youth worker, chaplain, teen life coach, disability support worker, personal trainer, boxing coach, and group fitness instructor.
